Discover the power of perfect pairing with our scene-based look reviews, designed to elevate your fashion game. With detailed item information, including brand, color, and price, Lunar keeps your closet organized and your wardrobe decisions informed. Optimize your clothing use with insightful statistics on individual pieces, ensuring you make the most out of every item.
3) Information We Collect
We collect information in the following categories:
- Account and profile information (provided by you): name, username, email address.
- Customer support information (provided by you): messages, requests, attachments, and any information you choose to include when contacting support.
- Content you choose to provide (provided by you): outfit/wardrobe photos and item details (e.g., brand, color, price, notes, categories, occasions, style tags).
- Location (only if you allow it): approximate or precise location depending on your device permission settings.
- Automatically collected information: device information, usage statistics, crash logs and diagnostics.
- Cookies and similar technologies (web-based experiences, if any): used for login sessions and preferences; may include web beacons.
Photo and face data notes: Lunar does not perform face recognition and does not create or use biometric identifiers.
4) How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the Services (account creation, saving and organizing wardrobe content).
- Personalize your experience (categories, occasions, and style organization).
- Improve and develop features (analytics, performance optimization).
- Security, fraud prevention, and abuse monitoring.
- Customer support and communication.
- Compliance with legal obligations and enforcement of our terms.
We do not sell your personal information.
5) AI-Assisted and Server-Side Processing (Optional)
Lunar may offer optional features that generate scene-based look reviews or pairing insights using automated methods (which may include AI-assisted processing).
- User control: you decide whether to upload any photo or text for generation.
- Processing location: uploads are processed on Lunar Team’s own servers.
- No third-party sharing: we do not share uploaded photos or text with third-party providers for processing.
- Deletion after processing: we delete uploaded photos/text from our servers immediately after processing completes for that request.
- No training/marketing: we do not use uploaded photos/text to train models or for advertising/marketing.
By default, your outfit photos are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly choose a feature that requires uploading.
7) International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other lawful transfer mechanisms.
8) Security
- Encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate.
- Access controls and least-privilege practices.

- Backups and recovery procedures.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9) Data Retention
- Account information: for the duration of your account.
- After account deletion request: delete or anonymize within 30 days.
- Usage statistics: up to 12 months.
- Customer support content: up to 6 months.
10) Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict/object, and withdraw consent where applicable.

Lunar is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and update the effective date. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
